Food!
Excellent beer-hall food, rich and hearty in the Teutonic tradition. There’s a reason for the substantial crowds waiting to get in, after all, and the cuisine plays a big role in that: great rotisserie-roasted chicken, schnitzels, and generous sausage platters. The “Gustav’s Feast” platters, served for parties of two or more, offer good value, and are classics of the German Schlachtplatte tradition, offering pork chops, two kinds of sausages, chicken, and schnitzel, with generous sides of red cabbage, sauerkraut, and a very good German potato salad.

Reservations are needed, so leave a comment to confirm your attendance by Wednesday if possible specifying how many will be joining you.
